If you would like to place a custom order or if you would like to purchase a piece from the website please contact Caroline at: info@carolinemiller.ca

Once you have placed your order and received your total amount with shipping options, your order will be placed on hold, and will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Due to the one of a kind nature of our work, some final products may vary slightly from the photograph.


Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars, and all payments need to be sent in Canadian dollars.
 Payments can be made by credit card and email money transfer. International money orders are accepted as long as they are sent within a week of ordering. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Taxes

For items shipped to Canada, we add 5% GST and for orders within British Columbia 7% PST. There are no taxes added for items shipped to the United States or Internationally.


Shipping

Once your item has been sent it is no longer the responsibility of Caroline Miller Designs.
Packages are sent through Canada Post or a preferred courier.
All shipping options come with a tracking number.


Return Policy

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our product, refunds are not available. However, if you would like to exchange an item for a credit, that can be done within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise may only be returned for credit that is from the Collections, credit may only be obtained from within the Collections category.  You will be responsible for the return shipment to us and shipment of any items purchased with the credit note.

Please send your package with a tracking number. We won’t be responsible if your package is lost through Canada Post, UPS or any other way of delivery during transit.

Commissioned works are non refundable and non exchangeable.
